What if there is a problem with my blanket?

If there is a problem with your blanket, please notify us immediately at info@sensorysolutions.store so that we can resolve the issue for you.

I want to return my blanket:

As all blankets are custom and due to hygienic reasons, we only do returns only if there is a manufacture defect.

Please ship the blanket back to us in unused condition to:

We will process a refund within 2 weeks of the return with the receipt of your blanket included.

We inspect all returns and if the product is damaged we will contact you about the return. If the blanket is not clean we will not accept the return and send the blanket back to you.

Blankets that have been washed will be mailed back to the recipient, we do not accept laundered returns.

We do not offer refunds for custom orders

We do not pay any shipping charges on returns, there are no exceptions.

Shipping Time

When in stock, the blankets can be shipped in 3-5 business days, depending on custom orders, shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks.

ALWAYS inspect your blanket prior to use, if it is damaged discontinue use until it is repaired, poly pellets are not harmful but should not be eaten.

Consult your health care professional or licensed therapist for the correct size and weight before using a weighted blanket as a supplement for treatment of a specific disorder.
